1. A flat, dark mole is located at the central portion of the left upper eyelid
2. A deep brown, raised mole is located on the medial aspect of the right upper eyelid
3. A brown raised mole is located on the lateral aspect of the left upper eyelid
4. Two brown moles are located on the left upper eyelid

1. A round and slightly raised black mole is located on the right lower eyelid very close to the eyelid margin

1. A small raised black mole is located on the lower eyelid margin of the left eye
2. A large, irregularly shaped, black, hairy mole is located along the lower eyelid margin of the left eye
3. A black raised mole is located along the left upper eyelid margin
